Constance is also certified in Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and hot stone massage, and her signature style blends Shiatsu, neuromuscular, and Lomi Lomi techniques into a flow that is uniquely her own. Whether a guest is seeking deep relief, prenatal comfort, or simply a restorative escape, she tailors every session to their specific needs. When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find Constance in her garden tending to her favorite flowers, a source of peace and beauty she hopes to share through the care she gives each guest.
Leslie Young
Leslie is a licensed massage therapist with 19 years of experience helping guests unwind, reset, and move through life with less tension. Deep tissue massage is her passion, and she brings skilled, intentional pressure to every session to release stubborn knots and restore ease of movement. Leslie’s goal is to create a calm, restorative space where the body can truly let go, so each guest leaves feeling lighter, looser, and fully recharged.
Matt Lovoy
Born and raised in Birmingham, Matt is a licensed massage therapist with more than 30 years of experience helping people move and feel their best. He specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, and hot stone therapy, tailoring each session to relieve tension and support recovery. Matt’s career has taken him from luxury hotel spas to the sidelines of collegiate athletics, where he served as the team massage therapist for a college athletic program. That blend of refined spa experience and athletic know-how means guests get both expert technique and true relaxation. When he’s not on the massage table helping others feel better, you’ll find Matt logging long miles on his bike.

Caleigh is a licensed esthetician and makeup artist with more than four years of spa experience. A self-proclaimed skincare and makeup junkie, she brings genuine enthusiasm to every service, from customized facials to expert waxing, her specialty. Caleigh also has a gift for brow tints, matching each one to her client’s natural hair color for a polished, effortless look. Her clients rave about her calming presence, which makes every visit feel like a true escape. Caleigh especially loves working with bridal parties, helping each bride and her crew feel confident, beautiful, and ready for the big day.
Jennifer Fontaine
Born and raised in Birmingham, Jennifer Fontaine is a licensed esthetician with a passion for restoring skin health and creating exceptional facial experiences. Years of treating dry, dehydrated, and mature skin in the harsh West Texas desert deepened her appreciation for the transformative power of hydration. Now back home, she specializes in mature skin, dermaplaning, and customized facials, blending results-driven techniques with a thoughtful understanding of each guest’s needs. Jennifer believes beautiful skin begins with understanding it, and her goal is for every guest to leave feeling radiant, renewed, and genuinely cared for.
Kayla Crook
Kayla is a licensed esthetician with more than two years of experience and a true passion for skincare and beauty. She loves explaining the how and why behind skin and the products that care for it, so every guest leaves understanding their skin a little better and glowing a lot brighter. Glass skin is her signature, and she brings that same radiance to her spray tans, which are known for their natural glow and perfectly sculpted contour. Outside the treatment room, Kayla is a proud goldendoodle mom to her four-year-old pup and is soon welcoming a new little one. For now, you’ll find her greeting guests at the front of house at Kubu Bali, and she looks forward to returning as a full-time esthetician after some time at home with her new bundle of joy.

Shelley Nolan
Shelley is a Reiki Master and intuitive healer with more than two decades of experience in energy work. First introduced to Reiki in 2000, she has spent years weaving it into both her life and her practice, earning her Reiki Master certification in 2024. Known for her empathy and genuine warmth, Shelley creates a welcoming, peaceful space where every guest can relax and simply be. Her passion is supporting the healing of mind, body, and spirit, so each guest leaves feeling restored, balanced, and renewed. Outside the spa, Shelley treasures time with her husband and son and loves painting, traveling, and settling in with a good documentary.
